These SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription to and use of our SMS messaging service ("Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our SMS service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not subscribe to or use the Service.

2. Subscription

By providing your mobile number and subscribing to our SMS service, you agree to receive text messages from the National Scoliosis Clinic. These messages will come from (855) 461-2257, and the average subscriber can expect to receive less than 4 messages per month. These messages may include updates, promotions, and other content related to our services or products. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent from you to us, and from us to you, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4) App Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of The Scoliosis Solution® mobile application ("App") provided by Nsite Medical, Inc., doing business as the National Scoliosis Clinic ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using The Scoliosis Solution App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Services

The Scoliosis Solution App provides access to scoliosis-specific exercise videos, as well as a feature that allows users to scan their backs to monitor the progression of their scoliosis curve. The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
